Incorporate More Alkaline Foods: Slowly replace acidic foods with alkaline alternatives—think fresh veggies, fruits, nuts, and seeds. Stay Hydrated: Drink plenty of water, especially alkaline water, to support your detox process. Herbal teas are another great way to stay hydrated. Prepare Meals in Advance: Make a meal plan for the week with simple, nourishing recipes that include plenty of alkaline-rich foods.
